LONDON (Alliance News) - Globalworth Real Estate Investments Ltd Tuesday said Non-Executive Director Eli Alroy bought 10,000 shares, through his investment vehicle AYRAD Investments Ltd, at a price of EUR5.05 per share on Monday.
Following the share purchase, Elroy has an interest in 368,814 shares, equivalent to a 0.59% stake.
The stock was up 0.5% at EUR5.05 Tuesday.
