LONDON (Alliance News) - Romania-focused property developer Globalworth Real Estate Investments Ltd on Friday said Non-Executive Director Eli Alroy has bought shares in the company.
Alroy acquired 20,000 shares at EUR5.20 apiece through his AYRAD Investments Ltd vehicle, taking his holding up to 0.6% or 398,814 shares.
Globalworth shares were up 7.5% to EUR5.40 on Friday.
