LONDON (Alliance News) - Globalworth Real Estate Investments Ltd Monday said Chief Executive Officer Ioannis Papalekas bought 10,000 shares, through his investment vehicle Zorviani Ltd, at a price of EUR5.15 per share on Friday.
Following the share purchase, Papalekas holds 23 million shares, equivalent to a 35.99% stake.
Papalekas bought 20,000 shares last Wednesday and a further 20,000 shares on Tuesday.
The stock was untraded at EUR5.05 Monday.
