LONDON (Alliance News) - Gabelli Value Plus Trust PLC said Wednesday that it appointed Christopher Mills as non-executive director with immediate effect.
Mills founded Harwood Capital Management in 2011. He currently hold directorships in other 43 companies including Augean PLC, EKF Diagnostics Holdings PLC, Goals Soccer Centres PLC, Ten Entertainment Group PLC and MJ Gleeson PLC where he acts as non-executive director.
Gabelli Value Plus Trust shares were trading 0,5% higher at 131.16 pence each.
