LONDON (Alliance News) - Irish property investment company Green REIT PLC said Friday it has been selected as the preferred bidder for the potential acquisition of a portfolio of commercial real estate assets known as Central Park, located in Dublin.
It said it was selected as a preferred bidder by the National Asset Management Agency, but highlighted that there is no certainty that any transaction will occur.
Green REIT shares closed up 1.7% at EUR1.32 per share Friday.
