IN BRIEF: Gulf Marine Shareholder Seafox Calls For Board Changes

Gulf Marine Services PLC - United Arab Emirates-based support vessels provider - Receives letter from 30% shareholder Seafox International Ltd calling on Non-Executive Directors Mike Turner, David Blewden, Mo Bississo and Shona Grant to step down voluntarily. Seafox proposes Rashid Al Jarwan, Mansour Al Alami and Saeed Mer Abdulla Khoory, three UAE-based individuals, replace them. Seafox to requisition a general meeting should Gulf Marine not implement request by Wednesday. Gulf Marine board says "not in the best interests" for any directors to step down.
