McKay Securities said a group of senior executives sold a total of 273,216 shares at 260 pence each Tuesday. The transactions were worth GBP710,362 in total.
Managing Director Simon Perkins sold 147,564 shares and now holds 210,000 shares. Finance Director Giles Salmon sold 68,070 shares and now holds 134,719 shares. Property Director Steven Mew sold 57,582 shares and now holds 134,719 shares.
Shares in the property investment company closed up 0.5% at 263.75p Wednesday.

PureTech Health said Non-Executive Director John LaMattina bought 11,000 shares in a deal worth GBP16,179 Tuesday. The shares were bought at about GBP1.47 each. LaMattina also had bought 11,000 shares last week. Following the latest transaction, LaMattina holds 1.4 million shares, which represents 0.60% stake in the firm. Shares in the research and development company closed down 0.2% at 145.69p Wednesday.

Aberdeen New Dawn Investment Trust said Non-Executive Director John Lorimer bought 12,500 shares at a price of 152.1875 pence per share. Following this transaction, Lorimer holds 25,000 shares, which represents 0.02% stake in the trust. The stock closed up 1.3% at 151.00p Wednesday.

Irish nutrition and ingredients company Glanbia said Non-Executive Director John Murphy sold 6,868 shares at a price of EUR17.50 each Tuesday. Following this transaction, Murphy holds 8,000 shares. The stock closed up 1.9% at EUR17.68 Wednesday.
