Drax Group PLC - operates Drax power station in North Yorkshire - Chief Financial Officer Andrew Skelton buys 60,902 shares at 272 pence, worth GBP165,653, on Wednesday. Now has 142,976 shares.

Premier African Minerals Ltd - developing RHA tungsten and Zulu lithium projects in Zimbabwe - Chief Executive George Roach converts USD206,027 loan into 232.6 million shares at 0.0684p. Roach now interested in 837.1 million shares, a 6.5% stake.

Gresham Technologies PLC - London-based software and services for financial control, risk management and regulatory compliance - Chair Designate Peter Simmonds buys 20,000 shares at 108.9p, worth GBP21,780, on Wednesday. Now has 30,000 shares.

Wizz Air Holdings PLC - Budapest-based low-cost airline focused on central and eastern Europe - Chief Commercial Officer George Michalopoulos sells 5,000 shares at GBP35.32, worth GBP176,600, on Wednesday.

Synectics PLC - Sheffield-based security and surveillance systems - CEO Paul Webb and division head Iain Stringer each buy 5,000 shares at 130p, together worth GBP13,000, on Thursday. Webb now holds 57,115 shares and Stringer 12,210.
