(Alliance News) - Griffin Mining Ltd said Monday that an associate of Director Dal Brynelsen bought GBP13,000 worth of shares in a transaction on Friday.
Brynelsen's wife purchased 20,000 shares at a price of 65 pence each. Following the transaction, Brynelson and his wife holds 437,001 shares, reflecting 0.2% of Griffin's issued share capital.
Shares in the China-focused mining company were up 6.9% at 69.00p per share on Monday in London.
