(Alliance News) - Gamma Communications PLC said Tuesday Non-Executive Director Andrew Stone sold around GBP1.3 million in stock through two transactions on Thursday last week.
Stone first sold 24,000 shares at a price of 1,279.40 pence per share, totalling GBP307,000.
The second transaction was a disposal of 66,000 shares for 1,300.00p each, at a total of GBP858,000.
Stone now holds 400,000 shares in total, reflecting a 0.4% holding in Gamma's issued share capital.
Shares in the Newbury-based communication services provider remained flat at 1,350.00 pence on Tuesday in London.
