LONDON (Alliance News) - Fulham Shore PLC said that Finance Director Nicholas Wong purchased a total of 78,000 shares on Monday at an average price of 10.306 pence per share.
Wong made two separate transactions, purchasing 64,500 shares at 10.307p per share and 13,500 shares at 10.300p per share.
Wong now holds a total 8.9 million shares, equivalent to 1.56% of the company's issued share capital.
Shares in the restaurant operator were down 3.8% at 10.10 pence on Monday afternoon.
