LONDON (Alliance News) - The Fulham Shore PLC on Wednesday said Chief Executive David Page's interest in the company has increased following his marriage to Andrea Pinnington last week.
Page now has a total interest of 89.4 million shares, representing 16% of the company's issued share capital. Of these shares, Pinnington holds 5.4 million shares.
Shares in The Fulham Shore closed down 2.8% at 15.56 pence on Wednesday.
