LONDON (Alliance News) - James Fisher & Sons PLC on Thursday said Katharine Kilpatrick, wife of Group Finance Director Stuart Kilpatrick, sold 4,400 shares in the company.
Kilpatrick sold the shares at 1,999.13 pence each for a total of GBP87,560.
Following this transaction Stuart Kilpatrick holds 52,159 shares in the company, representing a 0.1% stake.
James Fisher shares were trading down 0.9% at 1,932.00p each Thursday afternoon.
