(Alliance News) - Newry, Ireland-based software and consulting services company First Derivatives PLC on Tuesday announced the appointment of Thomas Seifert as a non-executive director, effective immediately.
Seifert is the chief financial officer of security, performance, and reliability company Cloudflare Inc.
First Derivatives Chair Donna Troy said: "We continue to expand the board with outstanding industry leaders to support our vision and high growth potential. Thomas' strategic and global growth management expertise, developed within sectors that are highly relevant to FD, will enable him to make a significant contribution to the group's development.
Shares in First Derivatives were down 1.8% at 2,520.00 pence each on Monday morning in London.
