(Alliance News) - Ireland, Newry-based First Derivatives on Monday named David Collins as managing director.
Collins will be responsible for all aspects of the company's managed services and consulting operations.
He will be reporting directly to the consulting and software company's CEO Seamus Keating.
Keating said: "He brings extensive expertise in the business processes and technology underpinning capital markets as well as a successful track record leading professional services organisations serving trading firms."
First Derivatives shares were up 0.2% at 2,510.00 pence on Monday morning in London.
