LONDON (Alliance News) - First Derivatives PLC said Non-Executive Director David Anderson sold 5,000 shares at a price of 1,541 pence per share on Monday.
Following this transaction, Anderson has an interest in 120,000 shares, representing 0.5% of the issued share capital.
Shares in the consulting service and software provider were up 1.4% at 1,565.20p Tuesday.
