LONDON (Alliance News) - FBD Holdings PLC on Thursday named John O'Grady as its chief financial officer, a role he'll take after leaving Liberty Insurance Ltd, where he was finance director.
In a statement, the insurer said O'Grady will join on July 1, replacing Paul D'Alton, who has been interim CFO since October 2015.
"I look forward to John's contribution to FBD given his wealth of experience in the general insurance industry in Ireland," Chairman Michael Berkery said in a statement.
Shares in FBD were untraded on Thursday afternoon. The stock closed at EUR6.60 on Wednesday.
