LONDON (Alliance News) - FBD Holdings PLC on Friday said Non-Executive Director Dermot Browne has indicated that he will not be putting himself forward for reelection at the company's annual general meeting on May 10.
The investment company said Browne has served on the board for three years.
"I am very grateful to Dermot for the significant contribution he has made to FBD. He takes our deep respect and best wishes with him for the future," said Chair Liam Herlihy.
FBD Holdings shares were untraded on Friday, last closing at EUR8.08 each.
