Morocco and Celtic Sea-focused Fastnet Oil & Gas said it may return capital to shareholders, but warned that a planned farm-out of its Celtic Sea assets would not be completed this year.Fastnet said in a response to press speculation that its board was considering a capital return and that it was committed to developing and/or monetising its assets.It added: "The company is continuing to work the farm-out process in relation to the group's Celtic Sea assets. However this will not be completed in 2014."The board is actively considering all options to grow and retain shareholder value including a potential return of capital should the board deem it the most appropriate course of action in the coming months."Shares in Fastnet fell 1.05p or 21.3% to 3.88p at 15:58 in London.
