easyJet said the number of passengers in March rose by 4.8 per cent to 5,107,676 compared to a year earlier.The load factor, the number of passengers to the number of seats available, increased to 91.5% from 90.5% the same month in 2013.On a rolling 12-month basis the number passengers climbed 3.5% to 61,830,722 and the load factor was 89.5%, up from 89.4% previously.Shares of easyJet are now leading gains on the Footsie. Following a small 'throw-back' yesterday towards the 1,780p mark the shares are moving higher again and at record highs, technical analysts at Sharecast point out.RD
