LONDON (Alliance News) - Eagle Eye Solutions Group PLC said Thursday it has appointed Lucy Sharman-Munday as chief financial officer and director of the company, effective July 17, 2014.
She was most recently CFO of consultancy 5one Group.
Upon the appointment with the digital consumer engagement provider, Sharman-Munday was Thursday awarded 62,500 EMI share options at an exercise price of 155 pence under the rules of the company's approved EMI share option scheme.
Shares in the company were trading 1.28% higher at 158.00 pence per share Thursday morning.
