Eurasia Mining PLC - Russia-focused gold and platinum group metals miner - Swings to loss before tax of GBP1.3 million in six months to June 30 from profit of a year before of GBP69,854. Revenue rises to GBP48,012 from GBP13,316 but books net foreign exchange loss of GBP429,171 compared to a similar gain of GBP643,872 a year before. In 2019 as a whole, Eurasia recorded a pretax loss of GBP796,268 on GBP1.1 million in revenue. Notes is in offer period, having appointed investment bankers at UBS back in July for a sale process. Says financial position is strong following USD10 million equity placing in August.
