LONDON (Alliance News) - Drug discovery company e-Therapeutics PLC Thursday said Non-Executive Director Trevor Jones subscribed for 29,376 new shares at 19.14 pence each on Wednesday, which is his only holding.
Admission of the 29,376 new shares to trading on AIM is expected on May 17.
The stock was down 1.8% at 14.00p Thursday.
