LONDON (Alliance News) - Baillie Gifford Shin Nippon PLC said Friday it appointed Jamie Skinner as a non-executive director with immediate effect.
Skinner is a qualified accountant and a fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment, the company explained.
Currently, Skinner serves as non-executive director of Ediston Property Investment Company PLC and Asian Opportunities Absolute Return Fund Ltd.
Baillie Gifford Shin Nippon shares were trading up 3.5% at 191.50 pence each.
