Renishaw PLC - Gloucestershire, UK-based engineering company - Director & General Manager of Renishaw (Ireland) Mark Moloney disposed of 800 shares at a price of 5,719 pence each, worth GBP45,752. It has not been disclosed how many shares, if any, Moloney holds following this transaction, which was completed on Friday last week.

Playtech PLC - Isle of Man-based gambling software development company - Non-Executive Director Anna Massion acquired 12,000 shares at a price of USD4.61 each, totalling USD55,320. The transaction was completed on Friday last week and Massion's totalling holding in the firm was not reported.

Micro Focus International PLC - Newbury, England-based software and information technology business - Non-Executive Director Sander Van 't Noordende bought 45,000 American depositary shares at a price of USD3.23 each, worth USD145,350. Van 't Noordende's holding following this transaction, which was completed last Friday, was not disclosed.

Science in Sport PLC - nutrition company - Chief Financial Officer James Simpson purchased 27,662 shares at a price of 36.15p each and Non-Executive Director Roger Mather acquired 52,736 shares at 37.90p each, both in separate transactions on Friday last week. Following the purchases, Simpson is interested in a total of 54,689 shares, representing a 0.04% stake and Mather is interested in a total of 106,790 shares, equivalent to 0.08% interest.

Energean PLC - oil & gas exploration and production company - OilCo Investments Ltd, which is closely associated with Director Efstathios Topouzoglou, acquired 10,000 shares at a price of 574p each, worth GBP57,400. OilCo Investments' holding was not reported following this transaction, which was completed on Thursday last week.

Midwich Group PLC - the audio visual distributor to the trade market - Managing Director Stephen Fenby buys 25,000 shares at a price of 320.00p each, totalling GBP80,000. Following this transaction, which was completed on Monday, Stephen Fenby and persons closely associated with him, have an interest in 19.4 million shares.

VPC Specialty Lending Investments PLC - investment company - Victory Park Capital Advisors LLC, which is closely associated with Director Richard Levy, purchased 66,951 shares at a price of 64 pence each, totalling GBP42,849. Victory Park Capital Advisors' resulting holding, following this transaction on Friday last week, was not reported.

Topps Tiles PLC - Enderby, England-based retailer - Wendy Shapland, who is closely associated with Non-Executive Chair Darren Shapland, purchased 60,000 shares at a price of 49.5p each, worth GBP29,700. Shapland and his associates' resulting holding, follwing this transaction on Thursday last week, was not reported.
