LONDON (Alliance News) - Endeavour International Corp on Friday outlined an accelerated plan for its Chapter 11 court hearings in the US and said its chief executive will resign.
The company said a hearing will be held on December 17 to obtain the Bankruptcy Court's approval for its restructuring plan, with a further hearing on February 3, 2015 to get confirmation from the court on the plan.
Endeavour also said Chief Executive Officer William Transier has resigned. He will remain Endeavour's chairman. The company did not specify whether it has started the process of finding a new CEO.
