European Metals Holdings Ltd - mineral exploration and development company focused on Cinovec lithium-tin project in Czech Republic - Lands further funding agreement with 6466 Capital Ltd for up to AUD1 million, about GBP564,202, of financing in tranches over 12 months. Any funds drawn down will be converted into crest depositary interests in the company at a price equal to 15% of 10-day volume weighted average price of shares.
