Atalaya Mining PLC - copper and silver mining in Spain - Jonathan Lamb steps down as non-executive director with immediate effect, having held the position since September 2015. Atalaya says Lamb's departure is in keeping with the subscription agreement with Orion Mine Finance (Master) Fund 1 LP. Orion has reduced its stake in Atalaya to 3.5% from 13.7%, following share sales on November 24 and December 11.
