LONDON (Alliance News) - Everyman Media Group PLC on Thursday said it has exchanged contracts for a new cinema in Stratford-Upon-Avon as it completed its deal to acquire four cinemas from Odeon Cinemas Ltd and ABC Cinemas Ltd.
Everyman said it expects to open the site in Stratford-Upon-Avon in 2017. No financial details on the deal were revealed.
The company also completed a deal signed in April to acquire cinemas in Gerrards Cross, Esher, Muswell Hill and Barnet from Odeon and ABC.
Everyman shares were untraded Thursday, having last traded at 90.20 pence.
