(Alliance News) - Everyman Media Group PLC said Friday that Executive Chair Paul Wise bought shares in the cinema chain operator worth GBP58,674 in a transaction on Wednesday.
Wise - chair since 2013 - bought 35,000 shares at 167.64 pence each. Shares in Everyman were 6.0% higher at 177.50p in London on Friday.
After the transaction, Wise and people close to him hold 2.8 million shares in Everyman. This is equivalent to a 3.8% stake.
