LONDON (Alliance News) - Software company Eleco PLC on Tuesday said it has appointed Andrew Greenwood as its new finance director.
Greenwood most recently had been finance director for the mobile business at communications technology company Anite PLC.
"Andrew Greenwood's appointment as group finance director concludes a thorough search process for a suitable candidate for the vital role of group finance director," said Eleco Executive Chairman John Ketteley.
Eleco shares were untraded on Tuesday, having last traded at 19.15 pence.
