(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Friday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Aveva Group PLC - Cambridge, England-based industrial software firm - Appoints Ayesha Khanna as non-executive director, effective from October 28. Khanna is co-founder and chief executive of ADDO AI, an artificial intelligence tech firm and also serves on the board of Infocomm Media Development Authority, the Singapore government's agency that develops and regulates its technology sector.

Kingfisher PLC - London-based DIY retailer - Non-Executive Tony Buffin will step down from role and leave board immediately to take on a new position.

Scottish Mortgage Investment Trust PLC - global investor managed by Baillie Gifford - Hires Prudential PLC Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer Mark FitzPatrick as a non-executive. FitzPatrick will begin in the role from October 5.

Informa PLC - London-based business publisher and events organiser - Appoints Joanne Wilson and Louise Smalley as non-executives. Wilson is currently chief financial officer of Britvic PLC and has held a range of roles at Tesco PLC, including chief financial officer of Dunnhumby. Smalley most recently served as HR director at Whitbread PLC and has held senior executive roles at PepsiCo Inc and Esso. Informa also says it is recruiting for another new non-executive, ideally based in China.

Ryanair Holdings PLC - Dublin-headquartered budget airline - Adds Kingspan Group PLC chief finance officer Geoff Doherty to the board as a non-executive with immediate effect. Ryanair says Doherty has "extensive" experience of public companies, having previously been a member of the Greencore Group PLC board.

ECR Minerals PLC - gold explorer with assets in Australia - Appoints mining industry veteran Trevor Davenport as non-executive with immediate effect. He was previously non-executive chair of Kryso Resources PLC and is currently a director at Brix Investments Ltd.

Mattioli Woods PLC - Leicester-based asset manager - Appoints David Kiddie as chair, expected to start in role no later than January 21, 2022. Kiddie joined the board as a non-executive in January and has held a number of senior roles including chief executive at BNP Paribas Investment Partners UK.

Ceiba Investments Ltd - investment firm dedicated to investing in Cuba, with interests in the commercial and tourism real estate sectors - Names Jemma Freeman as non-executive with immediate effect. Freeman is the executive chair of Hunters & Frankau Ltd, the distributor for Habanos cigars in the UK.

Kenmare Resources PLC - lithium and zircon producer in Mozambique - Appoints Mette Dobel as non-executive director, effective from January 1, 2022. Dobel is currently regional president for Europe, North Africa & Russia of Copenhagen-based engineering firm FL Smidth.

Alpha Real Trust Ltd - Guernsey-based property finance investor - On Thursday names William Simpson as chair. Simpson is a director at three investment companies: Handelsbanken Alternatives Fund Ltd, The London Central Portfolio Property Fund Ltd and The London Central Residential Recovery Fund Ltd. Also appoints Peter Griffin as non-executive.

STM Group PLC - Isle of Man-based pensions and insurance administrator - Chief Financial Officer Therese Neish steps down from role, to be replaced by former chief financial officer at Bank and Clients PLC Nicole Coll.

Oxford Metrics PLC - software company servicing infrastructure, life sciences, entertainment and engineering markets - Appoints former Aveva Group PLC chief finance officer Paul Taylor as non-executive, to start role at the end of December. Taylor is currently non-executive chair at IQGEO PLC.

MyHealthChecked PLC - Cardiff-based healthcare company and fertility tracking firm - Names Laura Moore as non-executive director. She founded Nell Health in 2017 and was chief executive until the business was acquired by MyHealthChecked in July earlier this year.

Trakm8 Holdings PLC - Birmingham-based fleet management and insurance telematics technology provider - Promotes Jonathan Edwards to role of executive director with immediate effect. Edwards has held a number of senior positions within the company that he joined in 2007.

Mast Energy Developments PLC - developer of reserve power generation plants - Appoints Dominic Traynor as non-executive effective immediately. Traynor is a director, solicitor and partner at City of London Law Firm Druces.

Aberdeen New India Investment Trust PLC - investment company focused on India - Names David Simpson as non-executive with effect from November 1. Simpson is currently chair of both Ecofin Global Utilities and Infrastructure Trust PLC and of M&G Credit Income Investment Trust PLC.

Maintel Holdings PLC - cloud and managed service specialist - Appoints former SSP PLC chief financial officer Carol Thompson as non-executive with immediate effect.

VR Education Holdings PLC - Waterford, Ireland-based virtual reality software - Replaces outgoing Non-Executive Tony Hanway with entrepreneur Frank Poore, who will be starting in the role immediately. Poore founded and acted as chief executive of drop shipping specialist CommerceHub.

Aptitude Software Group PLC - financial management software firm - Appoints Expedia Senior Vice President of Finance Sara Dickinson as non-executive director, effective immediately. Separately, Non-Exec Peter Whiting will step down from role at annual general meeting in April next year.

IN BRIEF: ECR Minerals hires contractor for Creswick drilling

ECR Minerals PLC - Australia-focused mineral exploration and development company - Says its subsidiary Mercator Gold Australia Ltd has engaged a drilling contractor to undertake ECR's proposed drilling programme at the Creswick gold project in central Victoria. Campaign will focus on the Kuboid Hill and Davey Road prospect locations, at which previous soil analysis and rock chip sampling tests have found evidence of gold. Company says all necessary permits and drilling permissions have been submitted, and that once the "simple procedural step" of gaining right of access to the site is complete it expects drilling to start "very shortly", most likely by the end of the year. ECR plans to complete approximately 1,200 metres of reverse circulation drilling in total around ten to 12 Creswick locations. Assay results should become available midway through the first three months of 2024, allowing for laboratory closures over the Christmas holiday period.
