LONDON (Alliance News) - ECR Minerals PLC said on Tuesday it has completed drilling operations at the Monte Christo gold prospect in Central Victoria, Australia.
Two holes were drilled at Monte Christo and have tested the structural architecture of the prospect, and also had the purpose of drilling into quartz reefs that were historically mined at the surface.
Assay results from the Monte Christo holes are pending, and ECR has now started drilling at the Blue Moon gold-antimony prospect, where subsidiary Mercator Gold Australia Pty Ltd has identified arsenic and antimony through a geochemical survey completed earlier in 2018.
Shares in ECR Minerals were down 7.6% at 0.855 pence on Tuesday.
