(ShareCast News) - Marketing analytics specialist Ebiquity has appointed Andrew David Noble as chief financial officer and a director of the board with immediate effect.Noble joined the company back in February 2015 as group finance director. Prior to that, he held a number of finance positions at global market research company Ipsos.Chief executive officer Michael Karg said: "I am proud we have appointed someone of Andrew's calibre from within Ebiquity. Andrew has worked across senior finance matters, including managing internal and external relationships with many key stakeholders."Given his extensive knowledge of the company, the board decided that Andrew is the natural successor to Andrew Beach. I have great confidence in Andrew's ability and I look forward to working more closely with him in his new role."Beach will stay on as an executive director until the handover of his responsibilities is completed on 14 October.At 1000 BST, Ebiquity shares were up 3.4% to 104.90p.
