LONDON (Alliance News) - Tritax EuroBox PLC on Wednesday said it has exchanged contracts to provide EUR27.5 million of forward funding for the development of a cold store and primary distribution facility in Germany.
The property is pre-let to HAVI Logistics GmbH, a food service logistics firm managing the supply chains of leading brands, Tritax said. The new facility will be HAVI's primary distribution centre.
Tritax expects completion of construction in January 2020, with the investment conditional on receiving building permits.
Tritax shares were trading down 0.8% at 97.00 pence each on Wednesday.
