LONDON (Alliance News) - Drum Income Plus REIT PLC on Wednesday proposed a 1.5 pence per share dividend in respect of the quarter ended December 2018.
The payout will be made to shareholders on February 22. The dividend, which will be paid as an interim property income distribution, is flat on the prior year.
The company's board is targeting a total dividend of "at least" 6.0p per share in respect of the year that will end in September.
Drum Income shares were untraded at 94.50p each on Wednesday.
