Dechra Pharmaceuticals CFO Richard Cotton steps down

(Sharecast News) - Dechra Pharmaceuticals said on Wednesday that Richard Cotton has decided to step down as chief financial officer with immediate effect for personal reasons.The search for a permanent successor has begun but in the interim, Paul Sandland, DVP EU finance director, will assume the role of acting CFO. Meanwhile, Cotton will remain available to the group until 28 June.Dechra also gave a very brief update on trading, which it said was in line with management's expectations stated in the half-year results last month.The company is due to release its next trading update in July ahead of its annual results in September.
