DP Eurasia NV - master franchisee of the Domino's Pizza brand in Turkey, Russia, Azerbaijan and Georgia - Jubilant Foodworks NV acquires 10.1 million shares at a price of 95 pence per share, totalling GBP9.6 million. The shareholder now holds 57.8 million shares in DP Eurasia, reflecting a 40% interest.

Current stock price: 88.60 pence

Year-to-date change: up 97%
