Downing Renewables & Infrastructure PLC - clean energy investor - Exchanges contracts to purchase eight hydropower plants in Sweden from Fortum Sweden AB for EUR65 million. "Hydropower is a key energy source in the drive towards 100% renewable energy in Sweden by 2040 and is a key sector focus for DORE," company says. Would represent its first investment since IPO earlier this month.
