(Alliance News) - Dods Group PLC said Monday that Chief Financial Officer Nitil Patel has handed his notice of resignation for personal reasons and to pursue other interests.
Patel will work his notice period of up to 12 months and will facilitate an orderly transition to his successor.
Patel joined the events and media services company in 2016, and prior to that was CFO of TV and multimedia content producer Zinc Media Group PLC, formerly known as Ten Alps PLC from 2014 to 2016.
Shares in Dods Group were untraded on Monday, last quoted at 6.95 pence each.
