LONDON (Alliance News) - Distil PLC said Non-Executive Director Mark Quinn bought a total of 750,000 shares on Tuesday.
250,000 shares were bought at 0.78 pence
500,000 shares were bought at 0.77p.
Folllowing these purchaes, Quinn holds 5 million shares in the distillery, representing approximately 1.14% of the total voting rights.
Shares were up 17% at 0.850p Tuesday.
