LONDON (Alliance News) - Cyber-security software group Defenx PLC said Thursday it has appointed Nic Hellyer and Giorgio Beretta as non-executive directors of the board.
Hellyer was formerly an investment banker at UBS AG and HSBC Holdings PLC and is currently a partner at Opus Corporate Finance and Finance Director of Pelatro PLC.
Beretta was formerly a partner at BDO Italia and currently a sitting chairman of VR Way SA, the first AIM Milan listed company.
Defenx shares were suspended from trading at the start of July after the company failed to publish its annual reports and accounts.
