Directa Plus PLC - graphene-based products producer based in London - For first half of 2020 posts pretax loss of EUR2.5 million, widening from EUR1.8 million despite revenue rising more than three-fold to EUR2.8 million from EUR894,693 the year prior. Textiles division revenue down to EUR540,00 from EUR820,000 as Covid-19 pandemic hurts demand. Depreciation and amortisation charge of EUR702,406, up from EUR369,522.
"Looking ahead, Directa says: "The effects of Covid-19 are still unpredictable, and whether the global economy is through the worst is unclear but the group remains in a strong position to grow and invest."
Cash as at June end is EUR7.5 million, up from EUR4.8 million.
