Darktrace PLC - Cambridge, England-based cybersecurity - Chief Strategy Officer & AI Officer Nicole Eagan sells 1.3 million shares at 374.80p to 386.38p, worth GBP5.0 million, on Friday last week and on Monday and Tuesday this week.

Jadestone Energy PLC - Singapore-based oil and gas company with assets in Australia, Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam - Non-Executive Director David Neuhauser sells 692,000 shares at GBP0.72 to GBP0.75, worth GBP508,590, on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. He had sold 234,073 shares at GBP0.77, worth GBP179,736, on Thursday and Friday last week. Neuhauser now holds 31.4 million shares, a 6.9% stake, via Livermore Partners LLC.

Marlowe PLC - London-based business software and services - Non-Executive Director Charles Skinner buys 16,556 shares at 604p, worth GBP99,998, on Thursday. Marlowe on Wednesday had reported a 6.1% rise in pretax profit to GBP1.7m in the six months that ended September 30 from GBP1.6 million a year before, as revenue rose by 66% to GBP222.0 million from GBP134.5 million.
