UK EXECUTIVE CHANGE SUMMARY: Accrol Hires New CFO Newman From DS Smith

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Wednesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Accrol Group Holdings PLC - Leicester-based tissue converter and supplier of toilet tissue - Hires Richard Newman as chief financial officer and board member, starting February 1. Newman currently is regional finance director for North Europe at FTSE 100 packaging firm DS Smith PLC. Prior to DS Smith, Newman was a divisional finance director at transport provider National Express Group PLC.

Kingswood Holdings Ltd - London-based wealth manager - Hires David Lawrence as UK chief executive, reporting to Kingswood CEO Gary Wilder. Lawrence, a former Lloyds Banking Group PLC executive, most recently has been chief commercial officer for Schroders Personal Wealth, a wealth management joint venture between Lloyds and Schroders PLC. Kingswood held its annual general meeting on Wednesday, saying all resolutions were passed.

CyanConnode Holdings PLC - Cambridge, England-based narrowband radio frequency smart mesh networks - Hires Ajoy Rajani as managing director and chief executive officer of CyanConnode India, replacing Anil Daulani immediately. Rajani has held senior positions at Reliance Communications and Reliance Energy for the past 16 years, as well as being senior executive vice president of Adani Energy Mumbai.

Nuformix PLC - Cambridge, England-based drug re-purposing - Hires Maddy Kennedy as non-executive director, effective immediately. Kennedy is CFO of healthcare and fertility tracking firm Concepta PLC.

Ocean Outdoor Ltd - London-based digital advertising firm - Co-Chair Tom Goddard will step down from board on December 31 "to focus on his other business interests", having been in post since 2009. Goddard will remain as a special advisor to Ocean Outdoor. Aryeh Bourkoff will become sole chair.

InnovaDerma PLC - London-based developer of beauty, personal care and life science products - Joe Bayer will step down as non-executive chair on January 31, remaining as a company employee until May 31 to help with the handover to a new chair. InnovaDerma notes it recently appointed Blake Hughes as CEO, joining last month and replacing Bayer, who had taken on the role of interim CEO before moving back to chair.

Proactis Holdings PLC - Wetherby, West Yorkshire-based business spend management software - Hires Nick Brown as independent non-executive director, effective immediately. Brown is managing director of fellow AIM-listed software firm GB Group PLC.

Beximco Pharmaceuticals Ltd - Bangladesh-based generic pharmaceutical maker - Hires Quamrun Naher Ahmed and Reem Shamsuddoha as non-executive directors, effective from this past Monday. Ahmed is a former civil servant in the Bangladesh government, working in the Ministry of Finance and elsewhere. She currently is chair of IFIC Securities Ltd and a director of IFIC Money Transfer (UK) Ltd and of Nepal Bangladesh Bank Ltd. Shamsuddoha is a vice president at Dohatec New Media, an independent software vendor. Beximco says Ahmed and Shamsuddoha will represent two of its shareholders as non-independent non-executive directors. Ahmed will represent IFIC Bank Ltd and IFIC Securities Ltd, and Shamsuddoha will represent Absolute Construction & Engineering Ltd
