(Alliance News) - Consort Medical PLC on Tuesday said Polar Capital LLP now holds a 7.4% interest in the drug manufacturing technology provider.
Prior to this transaction on Monday, Polar Capital's holding, if any, was not reported.
Consort Medical shares closed 2.7% lower on Tuesday in London at 782.00 pence each.
