(Alliance News) - Consort Medical PLC on Monday said Invesco Ltd has reduced its stake in medical devices maker to 4.9% from 9.5%.
The transaction took place on Wednesday.
Following the transaction, Invesco holds 2.4 million shares out of the 49.4 million shares in the firm.
Consort Medical shares closed down 1.9% in London at 710.00 pence each on Monday.
