LONDON (Alliance News) - FTSE 100-listed equipment rental firm Ashtead Group PLC on Wednesday said that Senior Independent Director Ian Sutcliffe will retire from his role with immediate effect.
He will be replaced by Non-Executive Director Angus Cockburn, who has been part of Ashtead since October 2018.
Sutcliffe has been senior independent director at Ashtead since 2014, and non-executive director since 2010. He is currently chief executive at FTSE 250-listed housebuilder Countryside Properties PLC.
Shares in Ashtead were up 0.5% at 1,644.50 pence on Wednesday.
