STM Group Appoints Graham Kettleborough As Non-Executive Director

LONDON (Alliance News) - Cross-border financial services provider STM Group PLC said Friday that it has appointed Graham Kettleborough as an independent non-executive director with immediate effect.

Most recently, Kettleborough was chief executive officer of life and pensions consolidator Chesnara PLC.

The company also noted that the board is currently in the final stages of appointing a new chairman.

Shares in STM Group were untraded at 69.00 pence each on Friday morning.
