(Alliance News) - Cairn Homes PLC on Friday said it has sold 229 private rental sector residential units in Dublin for a total of EUR78.8 million.
The Irish housebuilding company said the units - which comprises apartments, duplexes and houses - have been sold to a special purpose company managed by Irish real estate investment manager Carysfort Capital, and funded by Angelo Gordon.
Cairn said the PRS units will be delivered on a phased basis until the end of 2020.
The company will issue a trading update for 2019 on January 16.
Cairn shares were 1.4% higher at EUR1.31 each on Friday afternoon in London.
